Important shipping & duty info from Lilja Björk Jewellery:

• We ship to the US only with DHL Express (from Iceland).

• Once your parcel arrives in the US, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes (these are charged by US Customs and carrier, not by us).

• Current US regulations indicate that no longer just low-value orders are exempt from duty. DHL+2Business Growth Service+2

• Because of this, you may encounter extra charges even for relatively modest orders.

• If you are unsure whether duties apply in your case, we recommend checking with DHL or your local customs office ahead of purchase.

We do our best to estimate shipping and clearances, but please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for any import fees once the parcel reaches the US.

We are not liable for incorrect information that is filled out when shipping information is asked at check out point. If you do not provide the correct shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finishing the order. All international orders are shipped with DHL or Íslandspóstur. Orders come with complete door to door tracking except "Prime Exprés abroad". All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Inbound VAT, Sales and Use Taxes, and Import Duties

We will include the original sales receipt and order value in the customs declaration. You are liable to pay any inbound taxes or duties imposed by your country's tax and customs authorities. If any such taxes or duties are payable, DHL will collect them from you and remit them to the relevant authorities in your country. DHL charges an administration fee for this service, which is approximately $15.

International Shipment:

We ship your package with Pósturinn worldwide, they do not ship to USA. Each package has a tracking.  Shipment time depends on where you are located. If you want more details on shipments to your country feel free to contacts us info@lbj.is

Shipping informations
All orders are shipped on weekdays (monday-friday). Sometimes the jewellery you ordered is not in stock at the workshop because we do not want to overproduce our jewellery. Because being sustainable is one of our main goals. But don't you worry as soon as we get your order we will start working on making your beautiful handmade jewellery! 
If you are in a hurry to get your jewellery in time you can send us an email to info@lbj.is and ask us if we have the jewellery of your choice in stock.
Shipping time takes about 1-2 weekdays as soon as the jewellery has been shipped inside of Iceland.

Pick Up Your Order:

If you want to pick up your order, your welcome to our store at Baldursgata 36. However, our opening time varies from each week. So please look up the opening time before purchasing.  So if you cannot pickup during that time we recommend to use the shipping method with Dropp or Pósturinn. 

Return:
You can return a product within 14 days from order. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. A receipt must be shown to return or exchange a product. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange or a refund. To be able to return and exchange, the product, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

If you got our jewellery as a gift and want to return it for something else, and are not located in Reykjavík, you are welcome to email us info@lbj.is and we can send you a return label.

Returns and exchanges will not be possible if the following issues arise:
• Original packaging is not available.
• If the product was on sale.

You can pay with Credit card and Debit card. We use Verifone checkout.
Aur and Netgíró.

Price:
24% VAT is included in the price of the product and invoices are issued with VAT.
