All provisions of the terms below must be interpreted in accordance with Icelandic law. If a dispute arises between the parties, such a dispute will only be resolved in Icelandic courts.

Payment options:

You can pay for products purchased on our website by credit card (MasterCard/Visa) through Verifones secure payment page. 

Processing of orders:

Orders are processed as soon as payment has been received or the next working day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, the buyer will be contacted and informed about the estimated delivery time of the product or the product will be refunded if requested. Orders are sent by Dropp and Dropp's terms of delivery, warranty and transport apply to the delivery of the product. The cost of each shipment is specified when ordering. Lilja Björk Jewellery is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.

Return deadline and refund:

The buyer has 14 days to cancel a purchase from an online store, provided that the product is unused, returned in good condition in the original, unused packaging. It is not possible to return a product if the product has already been used. A receipt for product purchases must be submitted when the product is returned and By Lovisa will refund product purchases if the above conditions have been met and after the product has been received. We advise customers to contact us by email at liljabjorkjewellery@lbj.is. The buyer pays the shipping costs for a product that is exchanged/returned. If any questions arise related to this, please contact the above email address.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless it is a defective product.

Price:

Please note that online prices are subject to change without notice. All prices in the online store include added value and all invoices are issued with added value.

Please note that online prices, images and product descriptions are published subject to errors. Lilja Björk Jewellery reserves the right not to process an order if the price of the product is incorrectly listed in the online store. If the product is in short supply when it is ordered, it cannot be guaranteed that it will be available when the online order is completed. There may also be quantity restrictions due to special offers that are running for a short time. More information about stock status and other things can be obtained by sending an email to liljabjorkjewellery@lbj.is.

Confidentiality:

Lilja Björk Jewellery pledges full confidentiality to the buyer regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. When a product is ordered in the Lilja Björk Jewellery online store, payment card information is only saved correctly while the transaction takes place and is accepted in the system. Verifone stores the card details in its secure systems, but not on the payment page itself. As soon as the order is confirmed and the customer receives the confirmation, all information about the payment card will be immediately deleted from the system. The card information is therefore always safe during the entire process.

New privacy legislation

On July 15, 2018, new data protection legislation came into force in Iceland in accordance with the new regulation of the European Union (GDPR). In accordance with the regulation, we have updated our privacy policy.

Any information that identifies you or could be used for that purpose is considered personal information. An example of this is your name, your contact information or your purchase history.

Lilja Björk Jewellery uses personal information about you for the following purposes:

The same applies when the service is provided by third parties or parties acting on behalf of Lilja Björk Jewellery. Please note that if you do not wish to provide us with personal data that is necessary to fulfill a contract or when processing is required by us by law, we may not be able to provide you with the requested service, in whole or in part.

In order to provide you with our services or other responsible parties who provide part of the services you have requested, we must process the following types of personal information:

- Your name, address, email address, phone number, contact information, social security number, billing and payment information.

- Information on additional services and other relevant information.

- Information about communication and online registrations, e.g. through social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
